Very professional and prompt service. I thought I needed a new lobster claw lock on my rope chain. Young lady looked and said it just needed to be tightened and said the lock was not broken. I bought this chain almost 6 years ago with a lifetime warranty. The lock on my chain was fixed and chain polished and no charge all within a few couple of minutes.I bought a beautiful 14k gold cross as well.

Took ny niece for a permanent bracelet today. Lennon’s staff always do welcoming and patient. They are attentive and offer to order any item that is not in stock rather than encouraging you to select from what they have available. They also do jewelry repairs, sizing, in store which is amazing. I have never been disappointed in the service or the beautiful jewelry that I have purchased!!

I went into store Dec 13th with my wife’s heirloom diamond ring that needed repairs, hoping it would be done by Christmas. They gave me a repair date of 4-6 weeks. Letting them know it was to be a Christmas gift, they put a repair on fast track, and ring was delivered in showroom condition on Dec 20th. Thanks so much for your help and reasonable prices, you made our Christmas a special one!

So happy I entered this family owned store, treated myself to a beautiful pair of earrings, Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and most importantly honest , love my earrings… thanks for the dozen roses and box of chocolates!
